If Africa continue in this form of providing all the raw data and data and label, while others own the infrastructure, they produce the final intelligence for us, and they are telling our own stories, I think, which is not advisable. And I think from my own perspective, we as Africans must get hold of our own technology, revisit our Olympic talents as well as fixing the ownership of our indigenous policies, and the institution that guide these policies when it comes to data.
