Egypt Reclaims 2,000-Year-Old Golden Mummy Mask From Switzerland: MFAEgypt's Ambassador to Switzerland Mohamed Negm received the mask—one of the Egyptian artifacts illegally taken out of the country—on behalf of the foreign minister, according to the embassy's statement. Swiss customs authorities seized the mask upon its entry into the country in 2022, with archaeological experts later confirming its Egyptian origin, it added.
