Zimbabwe's President Calls Putin a Brother, Russia a Friend"The Russians are very supportive of us, and President Putin is practically like a brother to me," President Emmerson Mnangagwa said, as quoted by Zimbabwe's Deputy Minister of Primary and Secondary Education Angeline Gata at the opening of the Russian Language and Culture Festival in Harare. This festival is a celebration of friendship, education, and young people's ability to build bridges of mutual understanding between nations, the deputy minister highlighted.ℹ The four-day festival is organized jointly by Russia's Ministry of Education and Zimbabwe's Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, featuring a culinary masterclass, Russian folk games, and a creative workshop introducing traditional Russian crafts.Subscribe to @sputnik_africa Sputnik Africa | X
