“Mental health and all that, it's not really something that people do talk about, especially when it comes to the system,” Says Seth Matlala, youth who gave his opinion during the show.
The discussion of mental health and suicide prevention also requires us to understand the barriers that stop people from seeking help in the first place, and whether the services which are available are reaching those who need them.
