SA Sends Off Its Participants to Russia's International Festival of Youth "Such programs are mind opening; they can boost someone's career," Nontobeko Sibanyoni, geology student at the Tshwane University of Technology, told Sputnik Africa. The festival gives numerous opportunities, especially for collaboration, Sibanyoni emphasised.
