Sudan's Sovereignty Council Head Meets Great Lakes Region Delegation as Khartoum Calls for African‑Led Solutions
Abdel Fattah al-Burhan's meeting with the delegation of the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region (ICGLR), led by Secretary-General Mobita Wadara, discussed regional stability and cooperation, the council announced.

The ICGLR is a 12‑member regional organization promoting peace and development in Africa's Great Lakes region. Sudan has been an active member and has engaged with the organization on various regional security matters.
