Ghana Begins Construction of Multi-Level Facility at Accra International Airport: Media
Ghanaian President John Dramani Mahama has unveiled a major infrastructure project, comprising:
▪ seven-story multi-level car park with a capacity of 2030 vehicles;
▪ airport hotel;
▪ business center incorporating a hospital;
▪ recreational amenities including a sky lounge and observatory;
▪ pedestrian connection with access to Terminal 3.
Once completed, the facility is expected to:
▪ reduce congestion;
▪ improve traffic flow;
▪ make passenger movement around the airport more convenient.
