Launch of AES Parliament Session is Vital for Addressing Regional Challenges: Chadian Expert
The inaugural session of the AES Confederal Parliament is more than just a ceremonial event—it's a crucial step toward building a unified response to the region's biggest challenges, Évariste Ngarlem Toldé told Sputnik Africa.
A New Milestone for the AESThe session marks the first fully operational legislative body under the AES Confederation. Toldé described it as:
"A new milestone — a very significant step forward for the Alliance."
Chad Not a Member, but a Close Partner: While Chad has not joined the AES, Toldé noted that the country is deepening strategic cooperation with the alliance on multiple fronts
