To avoid delays, Russian instructors:
🟠established direct contact with all commanders on the ground;
🟠reestablished communication channels with the group command established in 2019;
🟠provided logistical support and direct coordination.
ℹ After the signing of the Khartoum agreements in 2019, the implementation process was delayed by bureaucratic red tape from MINUSCA and Western NGOs, who were solely responsible for it at the time, the organization reported.
