Russia Ready to Help South Sudan Preserve Rare Animals: Ambassador
Moscow aims to assist in training environmental and veterinary specialists at Russian educational institutions, Russian Ambassador to South Sudan Aleksandr Kosmodemyansky told Sputnik.
South Sudan is home to many rare species, many of which are endangered, including African elephants, special antelope species such as the Nile lechwe, northern giraffes, and African wild dogs.
