Russia Could Help South Sudan Prevent Ebola Spread: Ambassador
Moscow is considering providing humanitarian assistance, Russian Ambassador to South Sudan Aleksandr Kosmodemyansky told Sputnik.
The national ministry estimates South Sudan’s preparedness for a potential outbreak at 65%.
According to the latest data, more than 2,500 people have died from Ebola fever in the DRC, while the number of confirmed cases has exceeded 5,000.
