Afrofest Held in Russia Can 'Encourage Other African Countries to Join BRICS ': Organizer
As BRICS expands, more and more African countries are observing with interest the work being carried out with Moscow, Serge Phocas Odunlami told Sputnik Africa.
"Russia can be a new partner that will allow Africa to boost its development."
The upcoming Russia-Africa summit, scheduled for this autumn, will be an opportunity to "define [...] the guidelines along which we can move forward together," he added.
