Chad Signs Six Agreements for N’Djamena Industrial Zone
The agreements cover the design and development of the ZINDJAM industrial zone, with the participation of pan-African operator ARISE III.
The site encompasses 622 hectares, including:
🟠 311 hectares dedicated to livestock activities;
🟠 280 hectares for parks, quarantine and purchasing areas;
🟠 31 hectares for a gas power plant.
Earthworks began in August 2025. No investment amount was announced during the signing.
The public-private partnership launched in 2021-2022 aims, among other goals, to develop local processing of Chad’s livestock and meat sector, the country’s second-largest export source after oil.
