CAR Officials Explore Partnership Opportunities With Major Russian Heavy Transport Manufacturer
A high-level delegation from the Central African Republic, led by Minister of State Maleyombo Donathien and Ambassador Leon Dodonou Pounagaza, toured Russia's KAMAZ production facilities, the automaker said in a statement.
Deeply impressed by the massive scale and cutting-edge technology of the automobile, engine, and cabin frame plants, the delegation reaffirmed a strong commitment to expanding bilateral cooperation, according to the statement.
Next Steps: Ambassador Dodonou Pounagaza pledged to actively promote KAMAZ vehicles back home, noting their existing popularity in CAR, as both sides held productive talks to map out concrete steps for future partnerships.
