'Truth Being Restored,' as Russia & Ghana Unite for Sahel Security: Burkinabe Expert Russia and Ghana announced a new cooperation framework for peace and security in the Sahel following the talks between Foreign Ministers Sergey Lavrov and Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa in Moscow on Monday.
