Dr Mqolomba argues that representation in leadership matters deeply for young African girls:
“Representation matters, seeing people who look like you, who talk like you or dress like you and move like you in spaces of global power and global leadership speaks volumes for the ordinary girl child who grows up in a township,” She says.
