UNICEF Seeks $15 Million in Emergency Funds to Combat Cholera Outbreak in West and Central Africa
The regional outbreak has affected at least six countries, with children emerging as particularly vulnerable, the UN agency said, warning that heavy seasonal rains and flooding are accelerating the disease's spread.
