'Coding & Robotics in Rural Communities' Give Learners Skills & Opportunities: SA Expert

Young learners get a chance to engage with technology, "solve problems, think creatively, and work as a team," while offline activities make digital education "accessible in places with limited internet access," Patricia Ubisi, coding and robotics coordinator, told Sputnik Africa during National Science Month.

By expanding digital skills, African countries can develop local technologies to "reduce the need to depend on other countries," Ubisi noted.
