Malian Army Presses Forward With Multiple Operations Across Country
The FAMa, supported by the Russian Africa Corps, struck terrorist targets across several regions over the past three days, focusing on logistics sites, bases, and regroupment areas, the army said in a statement.
Key highlights from the operations:
🟠Near Timbuktu, forces struck a truck carrying logistical equipment destined for terrorist groups.
🟠In the Fina forest, a terrorist base was "successfully dealt with."
🟠A regroupment site for terrorist groups, which also housed equipment for clandestine mining, was destroyed.
🟠At Kouakourou, a terrorist base was destroyed.
🟠At Tessalit, a gathering of suspected terrorist leaders and a depot of war materials were detected and destroyed.
