Africa Calls for 'Good Intention' From Development Partners & Stronger Domestic Resource Laws: Analyst
Partnership on Africa's terms: While welcoming partners who are willing to work in good faith, Africa must recognize that the world has nowhere else to obtain these raw materials, Reeves Ngalemwa told Sputnik Africa.
