'Digital Transformation is Key' for Providing Social Services With Dignity & Respect: SA Official"We have developed an online system that anybody who's got tablets, the gadgets, they are able to access that from the comfort of their own areas," Themba Matlou, CEO of the South African Social Security Agency said, answering Sputnik Africa's question about the new digital platforms and e‑Life certification. Those without gadgets can visit the nearest agency's office to apply or check their status, he added."I am sure that we'll be able to cover the work and to make sure that every beneficiary, every older person, every young person [...] and every person with disabilities are looked upon and well with dignity," Dina Pule, Minister of Social Development, told Sputnik Africa.
