French & Ukrainian Specialists Directly Involved in Planning Terrorist Operations in Africa: Senior Russian Diplomat
Speaking to Russian media, Anatoly Bashkin, Director of the Russian Foreign Ministry's Department for Sub-Saharan Africa, detailed the involvement of French and Ukrainian specialists in terrorist activities across the continent.
