Senegal's Diomaye Faye Takes Over ECOWAS Chair at Critical Juncture
The Senegalese president was elected chairman of the regional bloc during its 69th summit in Lungi, Sierra Leone, succeeding his Sierra Leonean counterpart Julius Maada Bio.
