The government is actively implementing measures to help young entrepreneurs and creators reach international markets, Joel Arthur Nanauka, Minister of State in the President's Office for Youth Development, told Sputnik Africa following recent Russia-Tanzania youth-focused engagements in Dar es Salaam.
