Cairo Airport to Double Capacity With New Terminal: Statement
With the construction of the fourth terminal, the Cairo International Airport is expected to handle up to 70 million passengers annually, the office of PM Mostafa Madbouly said after his meeting with the civil aviation minister.
Potential benefits and expected upgrades:

▪Integrating AI and digital tools to create a highly efficient, eco-friendly operating system;
▪Attracting international airlines and transit traffic to directly boost tourism, trade, and investment;

Earlier, the three terminals of Cairo Airport served over 31 million passengers a year, making it the busiest air hub in Africa.
