Drones are being used to:
▪ evacuate people from flooded areas;
▪ deliver food and water to those still trapped.
Floods triggered by Typhoon Maysak and worsened by dam breaches have killed at least 39 people and left nine others missing, according to authorities.
More than 8,000 rescuers have been deployed in response to the disaster.
