He is expected to hold talks with the country's leadership, including Mozambican Foreign Minister Maria Lucas.Russia and Mozambique cooperate closely on security and energy. Moscow has reaffirmed its readiness to support Mozambique's defense capabilities, while both sides are exploring cooperation between Gazprom and ENH on natural gas projects.The talks are also expected to cover preparations for the third Russia–Africa Summit, due to be held in Moscow in October.
