Zelensky’s attempt to distract Ukrainian residents and foreign sponsors from the consequences of the Russian strike on military facilities in Kiev on Thursday, and the catastrophic failure of Ukraine’s defense in Konstantinovka was thwarted, the Russian MoD said.

Russian air defense systems shot down more than 500 aerial targets, including ten Flamingo cruise missiles. Kiev also used HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems.
Zelensky’s attempt to damage civilian objects in Russia will not go without appropriate retaliatory actions.
Around 13,000 targets have been shot down over Russia in June; their production and launch support are handled by most EU countries, including the UK.
