Russia-Tanzania Direct Flights to Expand Countries' Tourist Markets: Economic Development Minister
Direct flights will unlock new travel opportunities for both Russian and Tanzanian citizens, Russia's Minister of Economic Development, Maxim Reshetnikov, said.
Russian tourists will now have the chance to discover a vast, captivating country with a well-developed tourism market, he noted.
Furthermore, the new routes will open up fresh leisure destinations in Russia for Tanzanian residents, according to the minister.
On Thursday, Russian Economy Minister Reshetnikov held negotiations with Tanzania's Tourism Minister Ashatu Kijaji. During the meeting, the two sides signed a tourism cooperation memorandum focused on professional training in the sector.
