Russia’s Poultry Exports to Ghana Surge Ninefold to Over $7 Million in January–May 2026: Agency
The export structure included:
▪ chicken meat and edible offal (~8,000 tonnes);
▪ turkey meat and edible offal (>50 tonnes).
From January to May, Russia exported nearly 8,000 tonnes of poultry products to Ghana worth more than $7 million, according to Russia’s Center for Agricultural Export Development.
Compared with the same period last year, poultry exports increased 5.6 times by volume and ninefold by value.
Overall, Russia shipped nearly 57,000 tonnes of agricultural products to Ghana during the period, 2.8 times more than in the same period last year.
