Kenya Pauses Establishment of Ebola Treatment Center for US Patients, Health Minister Announces Construction has been suspended pending further court orders regarding a Kenya-based quarantine center intended for US citizens infected with Ebola, Health Minister Aden Duale told the Supreme Court.The minister apologized to the court for not immediately complying with the Supreme Court's May 29 temporary injunction against the center and US patient entry to Kenya, where no Ebola cases have been reported.
