Successful Translocation of Elephants Brings Relief to Farmers in Southern Kenya: Kenya Wildlife Service

Three elephants that had been at the center of human-elephant conflict in the Kibwezi West constituency have been safely transported to Tsavo West National Park by Kenya Wildlife Service and the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust.

The relocation eases the long-standing burden on farming families while returning the elephants to a vast, protected ecosystem where they can roam freely and thrive, the wildlife service stressed.
