Today, some forces are trying to “transpose the Russia-Ukraine conflict to Africa, particularly Mali,” and are doing so “with the complicity of the West,” the first secretary of Mali’s Economic, Social, Environmental, and Cultural Council, Hamadoun Bah, told Sputnik Africa.
In contrast, relations between Africa and Russia “are going well,” Bah stressed.
“We want a multipolar world,” meaning one without domination by two or three countries—a vision that coincides with Moscow’s, he noted.
