SADC Launches Training to Enhance ICT Methods in Election Observation: Zambia's MFA Trained observers would be sent across SADC member states to monitor elections and evaluate whether citizens can freely exercise their democratic rights, the ministry said, citing Kasumpa Mwansa Kabalata, Deputy Chairperson Advocate of SADC Electoral Advisory Council of Zambia.The training reflects the community's shared commitment to reinforcing democratic governance, safeguarding electoral integrity, and regional stability, Etambuyu Anamela Gundersen, Permanent Secretary for International Relations and Cooperation at the foreign ministry of Zambia, said on the occasion.
