Sudan Seeks African Development Bank's Support for Post-War Reconstruction: Finance Ministry During the AfDB’s annual meetings in Brazzaville, Sudanese Finance Minister Jibril Ibrahim met with bank President Sidi Ould Tah to discuss reconstruction after the devastating war, the ministry said.The minister highlighted severe damage to electricity, health, education, and water sectors, calling for the bank’s help with economic recovery.
