"The Union continues to develop," the Russian president said during a meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council in Astana.
Main achievements and trends within the group highlighted by the president:
🟠Common markets for goods, services, capital and labor are largely established within the Union;
🟠The macroeconomic indicators of the member countries show positive dynamics;
🟠Nearly all settlements between EAEU countries are carried out in national currencies;
🟠Member countries intend to ensure self-sufficiency in essential food products;
🟠The group's activities generate keen interest, with many countries and organizations expressing their desire to cooperate with it;
🟠Trade between EAEU countries reached $95 billion in 2025;
🟠Deepening ties with other member countries remains an absolute priority for Russia.
