There is even greater potential for growth, Konstantin Ivanov, Head of the Department for GR and International Activities at Uralchem, one of Russia’s and the world’s largest producers and exporters of nitrogen, potash and complex fertilizers, told Sputnik Africa.
"We are actively working in West Africa, Southern Africa and Southeast Africa," he noted on the sidelines of the Africa Day celebration in the Institute for African Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
According to Ivanov, the partnerships include:
South Africa;
Zimbabwe;
Zambia;
Kenya;
Namibia;
Ethiopia;
In addition, the company also plans to continue working with Nigeria, Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire and a number of other countries, he stressed.
