“We know where the solutions are, we know who are the leaders that have demonstrated the willingness to cooperate, the willingness to engage, the willingness to respect African countries, the willingness to respect cultural sites, the willingness to respect other people's languages, the willingness to respect other people's voices, the willingness to respect other people's religions [...] the people of the Global South, the people have seen that they can engage China, they can engage Russia, these are trusted partners, [...] Let the two leaders from the biggest country in population and the biggest country in land, protect and offer protection for those who are not able to protect themselves,” the official stated.
