Russia & Rwanda Sign Memorandum of Understanding in Healthcare: Ministry
Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko and his Rwandan counterpart Sabin Nsanzimana signed the agreement on the partnership between their ministries.
According to the Russian ministry of health, the MoU covers bilateral cooperation in:
🟠strengthening healthcare systems;
🟠training medical staff;
🟠preventing, diagnosing, treating, and rehabilitating for infectious and non-communicable diseases;
🟠regulating pharmaceuticals and medical devices;
🟠medical research;
🟠maternal and child health, including reducing infant and child mortality;
🟠nuclear medicine and other areas.
