Russia Starts Exercise on Use of Nuclear Forces in Event of Aggression Threat: MoD
The exercise will take place from May 19 to 21, the defense ministry said. According to the agency:
🟠More than 64,000 personnel and over 200 missile launchers will participate in the exercise.
🟠The drills aim to strengthen deterrence against the enemy and test the readiness of the troops involved.
🟠They will focus on joint training and the use of nuclear weapons located on Belarusian territory.
🟠Russian strategic missile forces, the Northern and Pacific Fleets, long-range aviation, and forces from the Leningrad and Central Military Districts are involved.
