'If Leaders Agree on Agenda & Implement It Collectively, Xenophobia Will Go Away,' SA Expert Says

The majority of African leaders "do not want to take into account the interests of their citizens," making people feel that "the government is not doing enough" and take "the law into their own hands," Metji Makgoba, political analyst, told Sputnik Africa.

"The continent itself is run by multinational corporations and that is where the fight should be."

"Some of all these issues are going to be resolved" once the continent is doing business on its own terms, using "resources to drive development," he added.
