Platinum medal for Bisate Sanctuary, a luxury wellness experience designed to reconnect guests with nature and themselves;
Gold medal for Mombo Sanctuary, elevated structures designed to accommodate flooding and allow wildlife to move freely;
Gold medal for Johannesburg Surgical Hospital, a state-of-the-art facility with 150 beds and 13 specialized theatres;
Gold medal for Batakari House, a civic building inspired by traditional northern Ghanaian garments, translating textile logic into architecture;
Silver medal for KAI Diani, a 99-unit residential development with studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments.
