'Act of Barbaric Ignobility': Gathering in Paris Supports Mali
On Saturday, participants came in large numbers to pay tribute to Malian Defense Minister Sadio Camara, killed in the terrorist attack on April 25, and to express their support for the FAMa and the joint forces of the AES.
They brought portraits of the late general and signs denouncing "the hand of French imperialism" behind the terrorist groups.
"Mali is not for sale," participants declared to Sputnik Africa.
Organizers had initially planned a peaceful march to the Malian embassy, but police did not authorize it.
