Ghana Launches National AI Strategy
President John Dramani Mahama unveiled the strategy this week, aiming to position Ghana as a "leading AI hub in West Africa and across the continent," the presidency stated.
This ten-year initiative integrates AI into national development while aligning with Ghanaian values and priorities.
Key measures to be implemented:
🟠 training and reskilling programs, especially for public sector workers;
🟠 creation of the Responsible Artificial Intelligence Office to manage and oversee execution.
