'Debates Around Benin Bronzes Reflect Deeper Structural Imbalance,' Nigerian Official Says
"The entire system of international cultural property is failing the test" because it protects market nations more than it addresses "the historical dispossession of source nations," Wasa Gertrude Mobunubhata, administrative head of the National Commission for Museums and Monuments, told Sputnik Africa.
