Nigeria to Avert Airline Shutdown as Tinubu Backs Debt Write-Off: State Media President Bola Tinubu has agreed to a partial write-off of domestic airlines’ debts to aviation agencies following talks with industry stakeholders, Aviation Minister Festus Keyamo said. He added that airlines have been instructed to submit a formal request without delay. The final percentage of the relief will be determined by the president.
