"If the United States persists in its illegal naval blockade in the region and threatens the safety of Iranian merchant ships and oil tankers, these actions will constitute a violation of the ceasefire," said the commander of the Central Military Staff.


Iran will act firmly to defend its sovereignty and national interests, he emphasized.
