Russia-South Africa Digital Partnership to Boost Public Service Delivery: SA Official
The South African National School of Government (NSG), in partnership with Russia's Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, aims to equip public servants with digital governance capabilities to deliver services to citizens at the speed they expect, Pinky Sharon Kekana, Deputy Minister of Public Service and Administration, told Sputnik Africa.
"We create an enabling environment, this continuous training through NSG and other collaborations that we have, whether in Africa, in Russia, using the BRICS platform, and anywhere else, to help our public service to improve," she noted.
Kekana also stressed the importance of the country's public servants responding effectively to misinformation by identifying it and taking it down.
