Russian Gymnasts Win Four Medals at World Cup in Uzbekistan
Maria Borisova won gold in the all-around and silver in hoop.
In the team events, Alena Seliverstova, Alina Proshchalykina, Zlata Remchukova, Nelly Reutskaya, and Nicole Andronchik took second place in the five-ribbon event and third place in both hoop and clubs.
“It is important for all gymnasts to take part in international competitions and gain competitive experience,” coach Tatyana Sergayeva told Sputnik.
The rhythmic gymnastics World Cup concluded on Sunday in Tashkent. Russian athletes competed as neutral representatives.
