'International Law & International Humanitarian Law Are Not Broken, But What is Broken is Goodwill,' SA Expert Says

Western countries that champion human rights must "clearly condemn the violations of international law," Nozipho Mxakato-Diseko, Unisa Ambassador in Residence, told Sputnik Africa on the sidelines of a high-level roundtable on Iran and Middle East conflict.

Although Israel possesses nuclear weapons and wants "people to play by the rules of the NPT," it is "not a party to any international convention on nuclear weapons," highlighted Diseko.
